Cancellation Policy:Orders must be cancelled prior to shipment confirmation. Once an order has been confirmed for shipment, it becomes non-cancellable.
Refund Policy:There are no refunds or exchanges available for any reason. However, we will replace or issue store credit for damaged or defective merchandise upon receipt of proof of damage or defect. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.Damaged Goods:To request a replacement or store credit for damaged goods, contact our Customer Service Team within three days of receiving your package. We require photos of the damaged item(s), along with your original packing slip or invoice. Replacement items will be sent at our expense. Store credits will be issued via email within five business days of verifying the claim.Incorrect Items:To request a replacement or store credit for incorrect items, contact our Customer Service Team within seven days of receiving your package. We require photos of the incorrect item(s), along with your original packing slip or invoice. Replacement items will be sent at our expense. Store credits will be issued via email within five business days of verifying the claim.Please note that we reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside of the specified time frames.
